Since early 2021, Campbell Financial Group has partnered with the Australian outsourcing company 5ELK to support our administration and back-office functions.
While you may communicate with our team via email or behind the scenes through your advice process, the dedicated administration staff you have come to know and trust are based offshore in Cebu in the Philippines. They work closely with us every day and form an important part of our valued team.
5ELK specialises in supporting Australian financial services businesses, particularly financial planning firms like ours. Their model allows businesses to build highly capable offshore teams who are trained and supported within the financial services industry.

Many of you may have already interacted with members of our offshore team, and we’re grateful for the important role they play in helping us deliver the level of service our clients expect. While we work closely together every day, there is something special about being able to collaborate face-to-face, share ideas, and spend dedicated time on training and development.
Amanda visited Cebu in November 2024 and most recently in March 2026 and worked closely with Delle and Vanessa on a range of processes and training to continue strengthening the support they provide to our clients. Their dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering excellent service play an important role in helping our business run smoothly.
Amanda always enjoys visiting Cebu and spending time with the wider 5ELK team. Building these personal relationships helps us continue to grow as a business while ensuring we maintain the high level of service our clients expect.
We hope to welcome Delle and Vanessa to our offices later this year. This will be a wonderful opportunity for them to meet some of our clients in person and strengthen the connections that make our extended team so effective.
